Where can I search and download Indian patents online?

Although the Indian Patent Office website provides a free search system for Indian patent information called "InPASS" (Indian Patent Advanced Search System). 

However, you never suceed in searching the patents and download them!

I turned to the WIPO database, but not full-text documents available! Only description and claims in messy text form!

If you need to obtain a patent document, you have to turn to the Indian patent agents.

Maybe, this is the way they make money.
